Production Graphic Designer - Summary
- Contribute as a key member of the Creative Services team, focusing on the preparation and delivery of final design files for both print and digital platforms.
- Work collaboratively with art directors, designers, and clients to uphold quality and brand standards.
- Play a vital role in managing and optimizing workflow processes to meet critical deadlines and project requirements.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Creative Services team to finalize files for print and digital use, ensuring all deliverables meet established quality standards and brand guidelines.
- Oversee the timely management and delivery of design materials, including the implementation of efficient file management systems.
- Utilize strong time management skills to juggle multiple projects and deliver high-quality materials within designated timeframes.
- Work directly with clients, art directors, and fellow designers to provide professional feedback, recommendations, and team building support.
- Maintain strict adherence to brand consistency and style guides across all projects and platforms.
- Support the creation and refinement of visual assets such as logos, packaging, posters, PowerPoints, advertisements, and marketing collateral for both digital and print mediums.
- Perform detailed error checking, layout creation, formatting, and file optimization to ensure all materials are production-ready.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Proficiency in the Mac environment with advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Canva and other design tools is considered a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated expertise in formatting, layout creation, thorough error checking, and optimizing files for production.
- Ability to interpret and apply brand guidelines and style guides consistently across all work.
- Experience in producing and refining a wide variety of visual content for different marketing and branding purposes.
