Production Designer Summary
As a Production Designer, you will manage the technical execution of creative projects, supporting the production of marketing collateral, advertising materials, presentations, and publications. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong foundation in design principles, a thorough understanding of production processes, and the ability to efficiently coordinate with multiple stakeholders. Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide creative and technical support in the production of marketing materials, event collateral, and campaign assets.

- Serve as the primary production designer on design projects including, but not limited to, advertising, presentations, publications, and marketing collateral.
- Coordinate with print buyers and operations staff to guarantee consistency, accuracy, and timely delivery of all materials.
- Handle urgent design requests and manage complex projects with advanced technical requirements.
- Ensure all deliverables are aligned with brand standards and client expectations.
- Participate in project management activities, including tracking project progress and meeting specified deadlines.
- Contribute to process improvements and best practices within the creative production workflow.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of four years of professional experience in the creative or design field.
- Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Acrobat.
- Skilled in presentation design using software such as Microsoft PowerPoint and Apple Keynote.
- Preferred candidates will hold a bachelor’s degree in production art, graphic design, advertising, or a closely related discipline.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities in a collaborative setting.
- Experience working within a hybrid or flexible scheduling environment is advantageous.
