The Production Associate – Laundry Plant plays a vital role in the efficient operation of a high-capacity commercial laundry facility. This position is essential for supporting the production process by ensuring that soiled linens and other laundry items are properly sorted and prepared for cleaning. As a member of the front-line production team, the Production Associate – Laundry Plant helps maintain the workflow necessary to meet customer demands and uphold rigorous hygiene and quality standards.
Working as a Production Associate – Laundry Plant, you will engage in tasks that require attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The typical work schedule features 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week, offering the flexibility of having 2 days off each week. Team members are expected to reliably perform a range of responsibilities, including soil sorting, bag pulling, and general production support, while always following directions and safety guidelines. - Direct involvement in the sorting and processing of soiled linens and laundry items
- Supports the entire production operation to ensure timely delivery and quality standards

- Sort soiled linens and laundry items as they move along the sorting belt, ensuring proper separation for processing
- Handle bags containing laundry materials, and perform other related production activities as assigned
- Follow all instructions from supervisors and adhere strictly to safety and hygiene protocols
- Maintain required production output and standards as set by the facility
- Proactively notify supervisors of any technical or operational issues that could impact production efficiency
- Carry out additional tasks as designated by management to support overall plant operations
