Production Associate Job OverviewCoast Personnel Services is seeking dedicated, reliable individuals to join our team as a Production Associate. As a Production Associate, you will play a key role in supporting daily production and warehouse activities, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. No prior experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided to all new team members.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the assembly, packaging, and inspection of products on the production line in accordance with company standards and safety guidelines.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment and tools as needed, following safety protocols at all times.
- Load and unload materials, ensuring items are correctly stored, labeled, and tracked within the facility.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment by following established housekeeping practices.
- Support inventory management by conducting counts, verifying shipments, and reporting discrepancies to supervisors.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to quality assurance, safety, and workplace conduct.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve skills and stay current with best practices in production and warehouse operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
- No previous experience necessary; all training is provided for new hires.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed to meet production goals.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety practices is a plus.
