Production Associate - Summary- Essential member of the production and assembly team in a leading automotive manufacturing facility
- Supports the manufacture of high-quality electric vehicles in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

- Perform assembly and production tasks to meet daily and weekly quality and production targets
- Rotate between multiple tasks and workstations, using hand and power tools and production equipment
- Inspect products and components for defects, reporting or correcting any issues as necessary
- Follow strict safety guidelines and maintain a safety-first mindset at all times
- Participate in ongoing training programs to develop manufacturing expertise
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company standards
- Demonstrate flexibility by adapting to job rotations and working overtime as needed
- Communicate effectively in English to coordinate with team members and supervisors
