Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform assembly and production tasks to meet daily and weekly quality and production targets
- Rotate between multiple tasks and workstations, using hand and power tools and production equipment
- Inspect products and components for defects, reporting or correcting any issues as necessary
- Follow strict safety guidelines and maintain a safety-first mindset at all times
- Participate in ongoing training programs to develop manufacturing expertise
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with company standards
- Demonstrate flexibility by adapting to job rotations and working overtime as needed
- Communicate effectively in English to coordinate with team members and supervisors
- Contribute positively to a collaborative, fast-paced, and evolving production environment

Qualifications & Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
- Capable of lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 25-30 lbs as part of regular job duties
- Comfort working in environments with machinery, noise, and varying temperatures (with personal protective equipment provided)
- Strong English communication skills
- Reliable attendance and flexibility with shift assignments, job rotation, and overtime
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and cross-training on various stations
