Production Associate - Summary
- Supports healthcare operations by processing, folding, and preparing linens for delivery to hospitals and clinics

Duties & Responsibilities
- Receive and sort incoming laundry from healthcare facilities to prepare for washing
- Operate commercial laundry washers and dryers, ensuring proper loading and unloading procedures
- Fold clean linens by hand and through machine-fed processes to meet specified quality requirements
- Accept folded linens from production lines and organize them into inventory carts for storage and distribution
- Utilize pick tickets to accurately select and load outbound carts for delivery to designated healthcare locations
- Follow all safety guidelines, personal protective equipment (PPE) protocols, and operational procedures
- Maintain production standards as set for hourly output, contributing to overall team productivity
- Promptly notify supervisors if technical issues or equipment malfunctions arise that impact efficiency
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support seamless operation of the laundry facility

Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment

- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with accuracy
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are required
