Production Associate - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Lift and move products and boxes weighing up to 50 lbs as needed throughout the shift.
- Place completed boxes (up to 10 lbs each) onto pallets in an organized and secure manner.
- Shrink-wrap completed pallets to prepare them for shipment and prevent product movement during transport.
- Use electric or manual pallet jacks to move finished pallets to designated staging areas within the production floor.
- Follow established safety procedures and participate in regular safety training sessions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area, including removing debris and ensuring equipment is properly stored.
- Assist with inventory counts, equipment checks, and other general production duties as assigned by supervisors.
