- Key responsibilities include lifting, palletizing, shrink wrapping, and material handling
- Requires ability to consistently lift up to 50 pounds
- Utilizes electric and manual pallet jacks to move completed pallets
- Integral part of the production and logistics team
- Lift and place completed boxes, weighing up to 50 lbs, onto pallets safely and efficiently
- Shrink wrap completed pallets to ensure load stability during storage and transport
- Move completed pallets to staging areas using electric or manual pallet jacks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Follow all workplace safety guidelines and company policies
- Assist team members and supervisors as needed to meet production goals
- Perform additional general labor tasks as assigned within the production area
