Production Associate - Summary- Entry-level to experienced role in manufacturing operations
- Responsible for supporting day-to-day production activities
- Ensures assembly, packaging, and quality standards are met
- Collaborates with other production team members
- Operates and maintains equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform assembly, packaging, and material handling tasks as assigned
- Operate manufacturing equipment following safety and operational guidelines
- Inspect finished products for quality and report any issues to supervisors
- Maintain a clean and organized work station throughout the shift
- Assist with inventory management, including counting and replenishing materials
- Document production activities accurately and timely as required
- Follow all company safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to ensure production goals are met
