Production Assembly Technician - Summary
As a Production Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling a variety of finished products according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, mechanical proficiency, and a commitment to quality and safety. You will utilize your skills to build and inspect products, ensuring every item meets company standards and customer expectations. Duties & Responsibilities
- Assembly & Production:
- Independently or collaboratively build finished products with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Follow written Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent assembly processes.
- Compare completed work to provided samples to verify quality and accuracy.
- Utilize production templates to track progress and complete builds within defined timeframes.
- Quality & Accuracy:
- Inspect finished work to ensure all products meet specification requirements.
- Maintain high standards for production accuracy and consistency.
- Team Support & Cross-Training:
- Assist managers, supervisors, and team leads with special projects as assigned.
- Train as a backup for other departments when necessary.
- Support other departments to help achieve overall business and production goals.
- Collaborate with team members on special projects and production targets.
- Workplace Organization & Safety:
- Maintain a clean, organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Follow all safety protocols and operational procedures for a safe work environment.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Perform other duties as assigned, adapting to changing business needs.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in assembly or a related production role.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and/or large machinery.
- Intermediate mechanical aptitude and ability to meet standardized production build times.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and related applications.
- Physical capacity to lift up to 60 pounds, work in varying weather and temperature conditions, and perform tasks requiring standing, kneeling, climbing stairs, twisting, reaching, and using both hands/arms.
- Ability to move between departments and workstations as business needs require.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to read, write, and speak English to safely perform job functions.
- Strong time management skills and reliable attendance record.
- Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Successful completion of background check, drug screening, and onboarding requirements.
