Product Owner – Cloud Infrastructure (PO) Summary- Provide product ownership for hybrid cloud infrastructure and database operations across a complex enterprise environment.
- Act as the key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of infrastructure solutions with organizational objectives.
- Lead efforts to modernize infrastructure, enabling successful cloud adoption and migration.
- Optimize the delivery of infrastructure as code and cloud-native services within a hybrid environment.
- Drive the strategic direction and vision for infrastructure product platforms supporting internal business partners.
- Develop, maintain, and communicate a multi-year product roadmap that aligns with cloud transformation and modernization initiatives.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, manage release planning, and facilitate daily product operations.
- Translate business and technical requirements into clear user stories and functional product designs.
- Collaborate closely with infrastructure engineers, DBAs, Scrum Masters, and Engineering Managers to facilitate scope, design, and requirements discussions, particularly around cloud architecture and deployment.
- Coordinate product releases, manage defect resolution, and provide status reporting to stakeholders.
- Ensure all infrastructure solutions comply with information security standards and meet quality expectations.
- Support usability reviews, stakeholder alignment sessions, and training related to infrastructure platforms.
- Engage with external vendors and technical partners to enhance and evolve infrastructure platform capabilities.

- Extensive IT experience with a strong foundation in technical infrastructure (generally 5+ years).
- Demonstrated prior experience as a Product Owner supporting infrastructure-focused teams, not limited to application development.
- Hands-on experience working with hybrid cloud environments, including both on-premises and public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, etc.).
- Familiarity with cloud service models, including Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS).
- Proficiency with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Proven ability to communicate and translate between business needs and technical infrastructure requirements.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, particularly in cross-functional technical environments.
- Demonstrated experience with backlog management, release coordination, and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Visio.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Product Development, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Certified Agile Product Owner (preferred).
- Background as an Infrastructure Engineer or Database Administrator is a plus.
- Experience supporting enterprise transitions from on-premises to cloud-based infrastructure platforms.
- Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
- Working knowledge of enterprise database environments and supporting technologies.
- Exceptional prioritization, organizational, and interpersonal skills in technical settings.
