Product Owner - Summary
- Lead and coordinate technology initiatives supporting legal and supply chain business areas

Duties & Responsibilities
- Drive the implementation and optimization of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools
- Oversee the onboarding and deployment of travel management and other enterprise technology solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders at the VP level, to define product requirements and deliverables
- Translate business objectives into actionable user stories and technology plans
- Manage product backlogs, conduct sprint planning, and facilitate Agile ceremonies using Jira
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery
- Champion user adoption and change management for new and existing technology tools
- Communicate project updates, milestones, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Product Owner, including hands-on requirements gathering, user story creation, and backlog management
- Demonstrated project management experience managing end-to-end technology projects across functional areas
- Extensive experience using Jira for backlog creation, sprint planning, and Agile project execution
- Direct experience implementing Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions and supporting legal technology tools is preferred
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, CSM, PSPO, or PMI-ACP are highly desirable
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
