Product Manager - Summary- Lead product strategy, roadmap development, and execution aligned with business objectives
- Serve as a primary advocate for product vision and value across the organization and with external stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver innovative products that address customer needs and market opportunities
- Drive continuous product improvement using data-driven insights and feedback
- Define and execute comprehensive product strategies and roadmaps that align with company goals
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize product requirements through market research, customer feedback, and business analysis
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery
- Monitor product performance metrics, conduct data analysis, and iterate on product enhancements to optimize business outcomes
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies
- Act as a product evangelist, clearly communicating product vision and updates to stakeholders at all levels

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline; MBA is preferred
- 4-6 years of experience in digital or health tech product management or similar roles
- Proven success in managing the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern product management tools
- Experience in nephrology or renal care is highly desired
- Experience with Twilio or enterprise messaging products is a plus
- Strategic thinker with a passion for developing and optimizing products in digital or health tech sectors
