Your expertise in gathering and analyzing customer feedback, usage data, and market trends will enable you to develop user stories, define acceptance criteria, and manage a prioritized product backlog. Through collaborative discovery sessions, you will help align stakeholders on strategic objectives and success metrics, ensuring all efforts are focused on maximizing customer value and product impact.

Product Manager - Summary- Drive the development of innovative automotive refinish products by collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Support the product vision, roadmap, and goals for solutions such as Nimbus Color
- Translate customer feedback and data into actionable product enhancements
- Ensure a seamless user experience from discovery to launch
- Partner with stakeholders, product management, design, engineering, and commercial teams to deliver intuitive and visually compelling product experiences
- Assist the Global Product Owner in shaping product strategies and goals
- Translate customer insights and usage data into user stories, acceptance criteria, and a prioritized backlog
- Facilitate discovery sessions and stakeholder alignment on product objectives and success metrics
- Support release readiness, monitor product performance post-launch, and contribute to ongoing improvements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Design/HCI, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 2-4 years of experience in product management or related roles, including product operations, project management, business analysis, UX, or customer-facing positions
- Proven contribution to shipping SaaS or other digital products
- User-focused approach to product development with a keen interest in improving product adoption and retention rates
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and product briefs
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and capacity to make informed trade-offs based on customer impact, business value, and implementation effort
- Collaborative team player with a passion for continuous learning and improvement
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and adept at managing priorities in a fast-paced environment
