IDR is seeking a Product Manager to join one of our top clients for a Nashville or Tampa based opportunity. This role involves leading cross-functional teams to drive the success of innovative and high-value products within a dynamic industry. The position offers an exciting opportunity to work on impactful projects that influence customer experience and business growth.
Position Overview for the Product Manager:
- Responsible for the products value, viability, and P&L, formulating strategies and KPIs to meet business objectives.
- Co-creates and evangelizes the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning them with overall business goals.
- Conducts user research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions and enhancements.
- Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to achieve KPI outcomes, promoting a product operating model focused on outcomes rather than output.
- Drives continuous improvement and innovation by removing obstacles, fostering learning, and spreading best practices within the team.
Requirements for the Product Manager:
- Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of proven experience in lean product management or related roles.
- 3+ years of enterprise-scale experience across multiple business areas.
- Experience working as Product Manager for Enterprise Applications and AI Applications.
- Demonstrated accountability for value, viability, and P&L objectives for a product and for an empowered product team.
