Product Lifecycle Coordinator - Summary- Supports product disposition and SKU management for a leading retail organization.
- Administers operational processes during product transitions, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Acts as a key liaison between the transitions team, brands, and buyers.
- Operates with a high degree of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Perform administrative tasks related to product disposition, including accurate coding, SKU listing, and compliance verification.
- Maintain and update SKU data at both brand and item levels, ensuring completeness and accuracy in relevant business portals.
- Provide operational support, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem-solving to streamline transitions and resolve issues.
- Initiate RTV (Return to Vendor) and DIF (Disposition in Field) processes, collaborating with brands and buyers to secure Return Authorization (RA) numbers as needed.
- Execute clearance markdown processes as directed by buyers, aligning with company values of quality, collaboration, and prompt decision-making.

- Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience preferred in an administrative or product lifecycle management role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; knowledge of Adobe Analytics, SAP, SAP Hana, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus.
