Product Designer – UX/UI, Design Systems Summary
As a Product Designer – UX/UI, Design Systems, you will be at the forefront of a major mobile app redesign initiative, ensuring the evolution and governance of the organization’s design system. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining scalable component libraries, collaborating across disciplines, and promoting best practices in design and implementation. You will be empowered to lead workshops, validate new patterns, and champion accessibility as you help shape a cohesive and innovative user experience across multiple digital platforms.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Master the use of Figma to develop, maintain, and scale design system component libraries, tokens, and workflows.
- Establish and manage system governance to ensure stability, sustainable contribution, maintenance, and version control of design assets.
- Collaborate effectively with engineering teams to ensure seamless translation of design concepts into code, maintaining consistency across iOS, Android, and web platforms.
- Drive adoption of the design system by leading workshops, training sessions, and facilitating contributions from both design and engineering teams.
- Partner closely with UX research to validate new design components and patterns, ensuring accessibility, usability, and alignment with the brand’s visual identity.

Qualifications & Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in UX/UI or product design roles, with a minimum of 2 years dedicated to design systems.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including advanced knowledge of building complex components and workflows.
- Demonstrated experience with mobile app design for both iOS and Android platforms, supported by a strong portfolio that showcases system-level thinking.
- Familiarity with front-end development concepts, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
