Provn is seeking a highly skilled Product Designer (UX/UI) to join a dynamic travel technology company. This role is an integral part of a forward-thinking design team where collaboration, innovation, and mastery of the latest design tools are key. As a Product Designer (UX/UI), you will work closely with engineers and product managers in an environment that prioritizes rapid prototyping, user-centric research, and seamless integration of artificial intelligence tools into the end-to-end design process. The position is remote and based in the United States, offering a unique opportunity to impact the next generation of travel technology products.

The Product Designer (UX/UI) role at Provn is ideal for professionals passionate about every aspect of design, from initial user research and ideation to prototyping, validation, and shipping production-ready experiences. You will be empowered to own the complete design lifecycle, leveraging analytics, research, and direct user feedback to inform your decisions. This is not a traditional product design role—here, you are expected to move fluidly between creative problem-solving, technical implementation, and ongoing iteration, all while collaborating within empowered, cross-functional teams.

In this position, you will find yourself at the intersection of design and technology, where you will not only utilize advanced design systems but also help evolve them to scale across multiple white-labeled product variants. You will incorporate artificial intelligence mastery into your daily workflow, utilizing tools such as Figma’s AI features, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor, and others to enhance productivity and creativity. Provn values designers who publicly experiment with new tools, share insights, and continuously push the boundaries of what’s possible in digital product design.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong foundation in Figma, proficiency in front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and a hands-on approach to prototyping in code. You should have practical experience with AI-powered design and coding agents, as well as a deep understanding of behavioral analytics and user research methodologies. As a Product Designer (UX/UI), you will make informed design decisions, balancing data-driven insights with professional intuition, and remain closely connected to users’ needs and business outcomes throughout the development process.

Provn fosters a culture of autonomy and innovation, encouraging designers to lead design initiatives within their product pods while maintaining close communication with the wider design team. You will be empowered to experiment, iterate quickly, and contribute to a culture of excellence in design craft.

Provn is committed to equal opportunity employment and values diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. No visa sponsorship is available at this time.
