Product Analyst - Summary
- Analyze product integrity testing data to verify compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with product testing laboratories and external partners to oversee quality assurance processes.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of product testing and safety data to ensure adherence to all relevant industry regulations such as CPSC, CPSIA, FTC, CPSA, Cal Prop 65, and REACH.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external laboratories to implement and monitor product testing protocols.
- Provide support and recommendations to product development teams regarding material selection, manufacturing processes, sustainability, and compliance requirements.
- Prepare, maintain, and organize detailed documentation and comprehensive reports on all product testing results and compliance activities.
- Identify and recommend improvements to existing testing programs, focusing on increased efficiency, accuracy, and overall product safety.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices related to product integrity and quality assurance.
- Facilitate effective communication among all stakeholders involved in the product testing and development lifecycle.

Qualifications & Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in product integrity or a related field.
- Experience working with product testing laboratories is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of apparel manufacturing processes and procedures.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations including CPSC, CPSIA, FTC, CPSA, Cal Prop 65, and REACH.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and present findings to various stakeholders.
