Procurement Specialist - Summary- Oversees and manages procurement operations within a healthcare environment

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain or logistics management within a healthcare environment
- Strong understanding of medical/surgical supplies and sterilization practices
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience, including scheduling, coaching, and team accountability
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or some college preferred
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clinical teams and vendors
- Demonstrates leadership in managing and motivating teams
- Detail-oriented and proactive in addressing supply and equipment needs
- Experienced in healthcare logistics and regulatory compliance
- Proficient in building strong relationships with both clinical and vendor partners
