Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture strong partnerships with critical suppliers to maintain reliable material flow aligned with operational requirements.
- Conduct purchasing activities to meet cost, quality, and delivery targets, adhering to defined performance metrics.
- Monitor supply chain continuity, proactively identify and address potential disruptions, and escalate risks when necessary.
- Maintain comprehensive trade compliance documentation for all relevant materials and transactions.
- Collaborate with production planning and scheduling to ensure timely procurement and optimal order quantities for cost-efficient inventory control.
- Oversee inventory levels for assigned materials across internal and external facilities.
- Coordinate direct shipments from suppliers to customers or project sites as required.
- Work cross-functionally with teams such as Engineering, Quality, Operations, New Product Introduction, Logistics, and Finance.
- Support the implementation of supplier collaboration frameworks to drive performance improvements and integration.
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives and projects related to sourcing, procurement, and operational support.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Approximately 8 years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, including experience in progressive roles or formal development programs.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Proven track record of improving supplier performance, optimizing inventory, and implementing advanced supply chain strategies (e.g., vendor-managed inventory, long-term agreements, lead time reduction, order quantity optimization, pull-based replenishment).
- APICS certification (e.g., CPIM, CSCP) is preferred.
