Procurement Manager - Summary
The Procurement Manager is responsible for overseeing all shared services and procurement activities, including vendor management, purchase operations, expense monitoring, logistics, and office services. This role ensures that all processes are optimized for efficiency, compliance, and alignment with the company’s goals. Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily operations within shared services, ensuring high performance in a fast-paced environment.
- Oversee procurement activities, including purchase order management, vendor coordination, and invoice processing.
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure quality service delivery and performance consistency.
- Supervise service categories such as travel, expenses, logistics, and office administration to optimize internal support functions.
- Monitor and manage budgets, expenditures, and cost control initiatives to align with organizational objectives.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements for enhanced productivity and service quality.
- Mitigate vendor and operational risks through proactive oversight and compliance management.

Qualifications & Requirements
- 10-15 years of relevant professional experience in shared services, procurement, or operations management.
- 10+ years of industry-related experience with a demonstrated track record in procurement leadership.
- 8-10 years of supervisory or managerial experience overseeing teams and complex operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Relevant financial, procurement, or compliance certifications (such as CPM, CPSM, CIPS) are preferred.
- Proven leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance optimization.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges.
- Experience managing budgets and cultivating vendor relationships for optimal results.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels of an organization.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
