Procurement Analyst - Summary
- Support technology-related purchasing and procurement activities across various departments.
- Work closely with the Acquisitions Supervisor and other stakeholders to ensure streamlined asset acquisition processes.
- Contribute to efficient financial management and adherence to procurement best practices.
- Participate in maintaining accurate records and documentation for all procurement activities.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and procurement of technology assets, including hardware, software, and network equipment.
- Manage, process, and track acquisition requests from multiple departments, ensuring thorough documentation and proper approvals are in place.
- Maintain and update databases and records pertaining to procurement activities and budget verification.
- Reconcile and validate financial data, analyze procurement records, and ensure all processes are compliant with legal and reporting standards.
- Support daily operations, including invoicing and budget justifications, to facilitate seamless procurement workflow.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent of at least two years of relevant experience.
- Sound knowledge of financial principles, budgeting, and cost analysis as they pertain to procurement operations.
- Experience in technology acquisitions, with an understanding of sourcing, vendor management, and procurement processes.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.
