Procurement Analyst - Summary- Develops high-quality procurement documentation and RFP content for large-scale IT projects.
- Supports organizational procurement initiatives by maintaining a library of standardized templates.
- Works closely with stakeholders to document business and technical requirements.
- Conducts market research and analysis to inform procurement strategies.
- Ensures procurement materials are accurate, consistent, and compliant with industry standards.
- Create and refine comprehensive RFP content and procurement documentation for significant IT projects.
- Establish and maintain a repository of standardized procurement templates for organizational use.
- Document detailed business and technical requirements to support procurement activities.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis related to relevant procurement categories, such as MES and similar IT procurements.
- Facilitate meetings with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and perform quality assurance reviews.
- Ensure all procurement documents meet organizational, legal, and regulatory standards for accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with team members and management to drive continuous improvement in procurement processes and documentation practices.
