Process Improvement Analyst - Summary- The Process Improvement Analyst serves as a key contributor to ongoing business process enhancements, focusing on operational efficiency and customer service improvements.

- Analyze and resolve issues affecting retention, care, and inbound sales operations.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business processes, making strategic recommendations for improvements.
- Document workflows, processes, and changes to ensure clear communication across departments.
- Prepare and present business cases for process enhancements grounded in thorough analysis and business intuition.
- Coordinate implementation of process and system changes in collaboration with IT and other business units.
- Manage small to mid-size projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery of process improvements.
- Create quality business requirements, user stories, and functional design documentation for requested changes.
- Conduct and document testing for system and process modifications to validate outcomes.
- Develop and deliver accurate communications to the organization regarding implemented changes.
- Support training initiatives for Customer Care Representatives, Supervisors, and Managers as needed.
- Act as a liaison between Customer Care and other departments to facilitate cross-functional collaboration.

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a call center or consumer services setting.
- At least 2 years’ experience in business process analysis, process mapping, workflow design, and identifying efficiency opportunities.
- 2 years’ experience in requirements gathering and documentation, including business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Significant experience in testing and quality assurance, including user acceptance testing and process validation.
- Extensive experience in project coordination and Agile practices is highly valued.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Brings project management or Agile certification (Scrum, PMP, etc.) – preferred but not mandatory.
- Demonstrates leadership and relationship-building skills across business and IT teams.
- Has exposure to training, workforce management analysis, or performance management.
- Possesses a proactive approach, with the ability to work cross-functionally and drive change initiatives.
- Adapts quickly to change and demonstrates a continuous improvement mindset.
