Print Production Manager - Summary
- Lead the planning, scheduling, and management of print and design production workflows for multiple ongoing creative projects.
- Coordinate with internal creative teams—including design, writing, photography, and video—to ensure seamless project execution from concept to delivery.
- Serve as a liaison between creative, marketing, legal, finance, and external vendors to optimize project alignment and efficiency.
- Oversee vendor management, monitor production timelines, and uphold quality standards.
- Maintain meticulous production documentation, manage vendor paperwork, and facilitate approval processes.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and manage print and design production workflows across various creative projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project requirements.
- Support internal creative teams—including design, copy, photography, and video—by organizing resources and timelines for efficient workflow.
- Act as the primary point of contact between creative teams, marketing, legal, finance, and external vendors, ensuring all project stakeholders are aligned and informed.
- Oversee the coordination with vendors, monitor production timelines, and enforce strict quality controls to ensure deliverables meet established standards.
- Manage production-related documentation, including vendor contracts, approval forms, and compliance paperwork, in accordance with organizational policies.
- Work closely with sourcing, legal, and finance departments to support cost control and compliance requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify potential risks and bottlenecks early, developing strategies to mitigate delays and ensure continuous project momentum.
- Maintain organization and clarity across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications & Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in creative production management, project management, or a related role within print and design environments.
- Strong background supporting creative teams, either in an agency or in-house creative department.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience managing print and design-focused projects from inception through completion.
- Proven ability to manage high volumes of work while balancing deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, legal, finance, and external partners.
- Sound judgment, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, advertising, marketing, production, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Preferred: Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
- Preferred: Familiarity with digital asset management systems, creative review platforms, and procurement or purchasing systems.
- Preferred: Strong understanding of print production processes and vendor management best practices.
