Principal Systems Engineer (MBSE, INCOSE, Aerospace) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee systems engineering and comprehensive design activities for military aircraft programs
- Direct the conceptualization, development, and continuous improvement of advanced aircraft structures and subsystems
- Work collaboratively with aerodynamics, propulsion, avionics, materials, and manufacturing teams from conceptual design through production
- Support all stages of the product lifecycle, including requirements analysis, system modeling, integration, verification, validation, certification, and deployment
- Utilize industry-standard requirements management and modeling tools such as DOORS, Rhapsody, NoMagic, or MATLAB
- Implement MBSE practices to ensure robust and scalable engineering solutions
- Apply INCOSE standards and best practices to systems engineering processes
- Contribute to baseline definition, system maturation, and continuous improvement in complex development environments

- Extensive experience in systems engineering within the aerospace and defense sector
- Proficiency with requirements management and system modeling tools (e.g., DOORS, Rhapsody, NoMagic, MATLAB)
- Advanced knowledge and practical application of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
