Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish, lead, and manage an independent primary care practice with complete operational autonomy
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care with a focus on preventive health and chronic disease management
- Participate actively in Accountable Care Organization (ACO) and value-based care (VBC) initiatives, including accurate risk coding for Medicare Advantage patients
- Collaborate with the network’s community of independent physicians for mentorship and best-practice sharing
- Utilize provided EHR and practice management systems to support efficient clinical and administrative workflows
- Oversee staff recruitment, training, and management with access to group purchasing discounts
- Develop and maintain a strong digital presence through marketing and patient acquisition support
