This position is ideal for those committed to making a difference in the lives of veterans and seeking a collaborative and dynamic work environment.

As a Primary Care Physician, you will work within a VA Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC), focusing on outpatient primary care for the adult veteran population. The clinic emphasizes high-quality, patient-centered care, with a census of approximately 12-18 patients per day. Your responsibilities will span a variety of essential primary care functions, including conducting annual wellness visits, managing chronic and acute conditions, providing preventive care, and overseeing medication management. The electronic medical record system in use is the Computerized Patient Record System (CPRS), with a transition to Oracle Health (Cerner) underway, offering a modern and streamlined approach to patient documentation and care coordination.
