The Primary Care Physician (PCP) role in Miami, FL is structured to support value-based care and create a collaborative, supportive clinical environment. Physicians benefit from a dedicated care and support team—including a Medical Assistant, Scheduler, and Referral Specialist—allowing you to focus on delivering the highest standard of outpatient care. The patient population consists primarily of seniors facing 3-5 chronic diseases, offering the rewarding opportunity to make a significant impact in their quality of life. The work schedule is designed for work-life balance, with clinic hours from Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, and the last patient scheduled at 4:15 PM.

Primary Care Physician (PCP) - Summary- Full-time outpatient opportunity focused on moderate to low-income seniors with complex chronic diseases

- Competitive base salary of $250,000 or more, with additional incentive bonuses
- Signing bonus available up to $50,000

- Residency-trained in Internal Medicine (IM), Family Medicine (FM), or Geriatric Medicine
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in FM, IM, or Geriatric Medicine
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is strongly preferred
- Commitment to serving vulnerable senior populations with complex health needs
- Experienced and compassionate primary care physician with a passion for value-based care
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple chronic conditions within a senior patient population
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially with diverse populations
- Team-oriented with a collaborative, mission-driven mindset
- Fluency in Spanish to better serve Miami, FL’s diverse community
- Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends required
- Last patient seen at 4:15 PM, supporting work-life balance
