Primary Care Physician (PCP) - Full-Time

Primary Care Physician (PCP) - Summary- Full-time, outpatient primary care position
- Multiple newly opening centers with modern, holistic design
- Emphasis on prevention, chronic care, and long-term patient relationships

- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to a diverse patient panel
- Maintain a manageable patient volume of 12 to 14 appointments per day
- Conduct longer appointment sessions to emphasize preventive health and chronic disease management
- Collaborate with a dedicated care team, including medical assistants, schedulers, behavioral health specialists, social workers, and registered nurses
- Engage in holistic patient management, including wellness, social, and fitness initiatives
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to positive patient outcomes
- Shape the patient experience by providing exceptional care in newly established centers
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
- Base salary range: $265,000 to $290,000 (negotiable)
- Performance bonus: Up to 20% of base salary, based on quality and satisfaction metrics (e.g., HEDIS, outcomes)
- Sign-on bonus: $75,000

- Support from senior clinical leadership for meeting quality and satisfaction targets
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
- Completion of an accredited residency in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Valid and unrestricted state medical license (or ability to obtain)
