As a Primary Care Physician (PCP) in our network, you will work alongside experienced Nurse Practitioners, Medical Assistants, Social Workers, and Scribes. You will benefit from onsite laboratory services, access to specialty consultations via RubiconMD, and a fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system using Canopy and Greenway. Our model ensures that you spend more time building relationships with your patients and less time on administrative tasks, thanks to robust support systems and resources.
Our value-based approach to healthcare focuses on preventive medicine, reducing unnecessary hospital admissions, and enhancing the patient experience. You will have manageable patient volumes, allowing you to provide thorough and personalized care to each individual. The clinic also features community rooms that host activities such as exercise classes, yoga, dance, and wellness events to further enrich the patient experience.
The Primary Care Physician (PCP) position offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary with performance-based bonuses that reward quality metrics and patient outcomes. Primary Care Physician (PCP) - Summary- Full-time Primary Care Physician (PCP) opportunity
- Serve a diverse Medicare patient population in the Bronx, NY
- Work within a value-based care model emphasizing patient outcomes

- Manage a daily patient volume of 13-16 with standard and new patient visits
- Utilize EMR systems (Canopy and Greenway) for documentation and care coordination
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and meet value-based care metrics
- Engage patients in community activities and educational events
- Coordinate with specialists via RubiconMD and onsite laboratory staff
- Contribute to a positive clinic culture and team-oriented environment

- Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) degree
- Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Active, unrestricted state medical license
- No current residents
- Fellowship training in Geriatrics is preferred but not required
- Demonstrates a commitment to high-quality, value-based patient care
