Primary Care Physician (PCP) - Summary
- Full-time outpatient Primary Care Physician (PCP) position focused on Medicare Advantage patients

Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive outpatient primary care to Medicare Advantage patients in a 100% outpatient setting
- Manage a daily patient volume of approximately 12–14 patients, ensuring adequate time for each appointment
- Focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and holistic health outcomes
- Collaborate with an integrated care team, including medical assistants (MAs), schedulers, behavioral health professionals, social workers, and registered nurses (RNs)
- Utilize longer appointment times to provide thorough, patient-centered care
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans
- Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives and value-based care metrics (such as HEDIS and outcomes)
- Support the launch and shaping of new outpatient centers, contributing to an innovative healthcare experience
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive base salary in the range of $265,000–$280,000 (negotiable based on experience)
- Bonus structure of up to 20% of base salary, tied to quality and satisfaction metrics
- Sign-on bonus up to $50,000, paid within the first 30 days of employment

Qualifications & Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine required
- Active and unrestricted medical license
- Experience or strong interest in value-based care models preferred
- Commitment to high-quality, patient-focused care with excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary, team-based environment
