We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Care Physician (PCP) to join our patient-centered healthcare team in Longview, TX. In this full-time position, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, value-based healthcare to local Medicare patient populations at our innovative network of neighborhood primary care centers. Practicing as a Primary Care Physician (PCP) with us means you will be supported by an experienced care team, including scribes, medical assistants, and social workers. You will also have access to on-site labs, a phlebotomist, and specialist consults through RubiconMD, all of which streamline your ability to deliver comprehensive care. Our clinics average three to five providers (a mix of NPs and Primary Care Physicians), ensuring a collaborative and supportive environment. Patient transportation is provided within a five-mile radius, and our community room offers a range of activities for patient engagement and wellness.
We utilize advanced EMR systems (Canopy and Greenway) to facilitate efficient workflow and accurate documentation. Typical patient volume for Primary Care Physician (PCP) roles is 13-16 patients per day, allowing you to focus on each individual's unique needs. Standard appointments are 20 minutes, with 40 minutes reserved for new or full diagnostic visits.

Primary Care Physician (PCP) - Summary- Full-time Primary Care Physician (PCP) position serving Medicare patient populations
- Focus on value-based, preventive, and community-oriented healthcare delivery
- Collaborative, multidisciplinary care team environment

- Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care to adult and geriatric patients
- Work collaboratively with care team members, including scribes, medical assistants, and social workers

- Perform regular and diagnostic patient visits (20-40 minutes per visit)
- Maintain a manageable patient load (13-16 patients daily) to optimize care quality
- Coordinate care with specialists via RubiconMD as necessary
- Engage in preventive care initiatives and value-based care models
- Participate in community activities and patient wellness programs
- Uphold organizational standards for care quality, patient satisfaction, and safety
- Competitive base salary ($220k–$250k based on experience)

- Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) degree
- Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Active, unrestricted state medical license
- No residents; experienced practitioners preferred
- Fellowship training in Geriatrics preferred, but not required
- Experienced Primary Care Physician (PCP) committed to value-based care
