Our practice is structured to allow Primary Care Physicians (PCPs) to focus on quality time with patients rather than volume. With a manageable patient panel and a dedicated care team, you’ll be equipped to provide comprehensive, individualized care to seniors, many of whom manage multiple chronic conditions. You’ll enjoy a Monday through Friday schedule, with no night or weekend shifts, and robust administrative support, allowing you to focus on patient care. Primary Care Physician (PCP) - Summary
- Full-time Primary Care Physician (PCP) position serving a senior patient population in Columbus, OH

Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive primary care visits for a panel of up to 450 senior patients, averaging 18-22 patients daily
- Diagnose, treat, and manage patients with 3-5 chronic conditions, focusing on prevention and wellness
- Utilize a value-based care model to improve patient outcomes
- Collaborate with a dedicated support team, including a Medical Assistant, Scheduler, and Referral Specialist
- Participate in administrative tasks built into your daily schedule
- Work alongside in-house consulting specialists in cardiology, podiatry, and other disciplines
- Refer patients to holistic health services, such as acupuncture, tai chi, yoga, and nutrition counseling
- No inpatient, night, or weekend responsibilities
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive base salary starting at $250,000 with additional incentive bonus potential
- Signing bonus up to $50,000
- Eligibility for partnership (typically within 12-18 months, no buy-in required)
- 33 days of paid time off (PTO) annually

Qualifications & Requirements
- MD or DO degree required
- Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine (FM), Internal Medicine (IM), or Geriatric Medicine
- Valid and unrestricted medical license
- Commitment to value-based, senior-focused primary care
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
