Primary Care Physician (PCP) – Summary- Outpatient primary care role focused on comprehensive patient management
- Full-time position with a consistent Monday to Friday schedule

- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

- Experience in an outpatient primary care setting preferred
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR), specifically eClinicalWorks, is a plus
