Primary Care Physician (PCP) - Summary- Full-time Primary Care Physician (PCP) position in a family practice setting

- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
- Order, interpret, and follow up on laboratory and diagnostic tests
- Provide preventive care and patient education on wellness and disease prevention
- Refer patients to specialists when necessary and coordinate care across providers
- Work collaboratively with support staff, including a scheduler and Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing medical education (CME)

- Valid and unrestricted state medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
