Duties & Responsibilities

Qualifications & Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
- Completion of an accredited residency program in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Active, unrestricted medical license (or eligibility to obtain one) in the applicable state.
