Primary Care Physician (PCP) – Atlanta, GA – Full-time
We are seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician (PCP) to join our established, physician-led primary care organization in Atlanta, GA. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to a diverse senior patient population, typically managing 3-5 chronic conditions per patient.
- Maintain a patient panel of up to 450 patients, allowing for more personalized, relationship-based care.
- See an average of 18 patients per day in a supportive clinic environment, with dedicated time built into your schedule for administrative duties.
- Collaborate closely with an integrated care team, including a Medical Assistant, Scheduler, and Referral Specialist, to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes.
- Deliver care in a 100% outpatient setting, with no required nights or weekends, supporting an excellent work-life balance.
- Utilize value-based care principles to maximize health outcomes and patient satisfaction.
- Participate in clinic offerings such as in-house consultations with specialties including Cardiology and Podiatry, as well as holistic health services such as acupuncture, Tai Chi, Yoga, and Nutrition support.
Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited residency program in Internal Medicine (IM) or Family Medicine (FM).
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine is required.
- Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality, patient-focused primary care, especially to senior populations.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
