As a Primary Care Physician (PCP) in Birmingham, AL, you will manage a manageable patient volume, allowing you to deliver attentive, personalized care. Our centers feature on-site laboratory services, access to specialist consultations through RubiconMD, and modern electronic medical records systems (Canopy and Greenway) to streamline your workflow. You will work closely with a team of 3-5 providers per clinic, including Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and fellow Primary Care Physicians (PCPs), fostering a collaborative and supportive practice environment.
In this full-time Primary Care Physician (PCP) position in Birmingham, AL, you will enjoy a Monday through Friday schedule, with no required on-call responsibilities, allowing for a healthy work-life balance. Patient visits are thoughtfully structured, with 20-minute slots for regular visits and 40-minute slots for comprehensive diagnostics or new patient appointments. This approach empowers you to practice medicine in a way that prioritizes patient outcomes and satisfaction.
