Primary Care Physician (PCP) - Summary
- Full-time Primary Care Physician (PCP) position in Atlanta, GA

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to a panel of Medicare patients
- Collaborate with a care team including scribes, medical assistants, and social workers
- Utilize on-site laboratory and access to specialist consultations for optimal patient management
- Manage a daily patient volume of 13-16, with 20-minute regular visits and 40-minute new or full diagnostic appointments
- Implement the value-based health model to improve patient outcomes and reduce hospital admissions
- Participate in community room activities and patient engagement programs
- Utilize electronic medical records systems (Canopy, Greenway)
- Engage in ongoing communication with patients and families to educate and promote preventive care

Qualifications & Requirements
- Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) degree
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Active, non-probationary, unrestricted state medical license
- Bilingual Spanish-speaking skills preferred
- Fellowship training in Geriatrics is a plus, but not required
- Experience with value-based healthcare models highly valued
- No current residents; position not open to those still in training
