Our organization specializes in value-based health delivery, emphasizing strong care team collaboration and optimal patient outcomes over volume. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team including scribes, medical assistants, and social workers, enabling you to focus on comprehensive patient care. Our facilities are equipped with on-site labs, phlebotomy services, and access to RubiconMD for specialist consultations, streamlining your ability to provide timely and effective care.
As a Primary Care Physician (PCP), you will see a manageable daily patient volume, allowing for in-depth visits (20 minutes for established patients, 40 minutes for new or complex cases). Our care model is designed to reward quality and outcomes, not just service quantity, with an incentive bonus structure based on clinical quality metrics. Primary Care Physician (PCP) – Summary- Deliver patient-centered, value-based primary care to Medicare populations
- Work collaboratively in a large, supportive care team environment
- Focus on comprehensive, preventive care and quality outcomes
- Utilize on-site lab services and access to specialist consultations
- Engage in community wellness and patient activities
- Provide primary care services to a panel of adult and geriatric patients
- Conduct regular and diagnostic patient visits (20-40 minutes each)
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team including scribes, MAs, and social workers
- Utilize EMR systems (Canopy and Greenway) to document patient encounters
- Coordinate preventive care, chronic disease management, and patient education
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and value-based care programs
- Facilitate access to specialists through RubiconMD
- Engage in practice-level patient experience and outreach events
- Competitive base salary ($215,000–$245,000, depending on experience)

- Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) degree
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Active, unrestricted state medical license (non-probationary)
- Bilingual in Cantonese (required)
- No residents accepted for this role
- Fellowship training in Geriatrics preferred but not required
- Experienced in value-based care or motivated to practice in an outcomes-focused model
- Strong team player with a collaborative approach to patient care
- Passionate about delivering quality care and building patient relationships
- Comfortable working with EMR systems and interdisciplinary teams
- Fluent in Cantonese and committed to serving a diverse patient population
- Full-time position with a traditional Monday-Friday schedule (8am-5pm)
- Average daily patient volume: 13-16
- Providers per clinic: Typically 3-5 (mix of NPs and PCPs)
- Community room offerings include exercise, yoga, dance, and wellness events
- Patient transportation provided within 5 miles of the clinic
