Primary Care Physician (Outpatient, VBC) - Summary- Full-time outpatient position with no inpatient or on-call duties
- Focus on value-based care for the Medicare Advantage population
- Work in modern, newly constructed centers launching in late 2025
- Team-based environment dedicated to quality and patient-centered outcomes
- Located in Las Vegas, NV, a vibrant community for healthcare professionals
- Provide primary care services in an outpatient clinic setting
- Manage a daily patient volume of approximately 12-14 individuals
- Conduct comprehensive preventive care, chronic disease management, and wellness visits
- Utilize longer appointment times to thoroughly address patient needs and concerns
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team, including MAs, schedulers, behavioral health, social work, and RN support
- Document clinical encounters and adhere to value-based care standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and help shape patient experience in state-of-the-art centers
- Engage in ongoing education and training in value-based care best practices
- Competitive base salary starting at $265,000 to $280,000, negotiable based on experience and qualifications
- Bonus structure offering up to 20% of base salary, linked to attainable quality and satisfaction metrics (HEDIS, outcomes, etc.)
- Sign-on bonus up to $50,000, paid within 30 days of start
- Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and retirement options
- Ongoing support from senior clinical leadership to achieve performance targets
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board certification or board eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Eligibility for medical licensure in Nevada
- Commitment to value-based, patient-centered care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience or interest in managing care for the senior population is preferred
- Demonstrates a passion for relationship-driven healthcare
