Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) – Outpatient, FM/IM Summary
- Full-time outpatient primary care role serving primarily senior populations
- Focus on continuity of care, long-term patient relationships, and patient wellness
- Clinic opening in Tucson, AZ in May 2025
- Stable Monday-Friday schedule with minimal call requirements
- Collaborative, supportive clinical team and excellent patient support services
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care to a panel of adult and senior patients in an outpatient clinic setting
- Conduct patient evaluations, develop and implement care plans, and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Foster long-term relationships with patients, emphasizing continuity, preventive care, and wellness
- Utilize extended appointment times to address the holistic needs of each patient
- Collaborate closely with a dedicated care team including nurses, medical assistants, and patient care coordinators
- Participate in a market-based call rotation with minimal after-hours responsibilities
- Support clinic initiatives such as complimentary wellness programs and transportation assistance for patients
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system
- Adhere to organizational policies, clinical protocols, and all regulatory requirements
Salary & Benefits
- Highly competitive base salary starting at $270,000
- Generous sign-on bonus of $100,000
- Annual performance bonus of up to 20% of base salary

Qualifications & Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree required
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (FM) or Internal Medicine (IM)
- Active and unrestricted medical license and DEA registration
- Experience working with geriatric populations is a plus, but not required
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care and quality improvement
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
