Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) – Internal Medicine or Family Medicine: Summary- Full-time Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) role specializing in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
- Physician-led, mission-driven organization with a focus on value-based care for seniors
- Supportive, collaborative work environment with opportunities for partnership
- Provide comprehensive primary care to a panel of up to 450 patients, with an emphasis on senior populations managing multiple chronic conditions
- Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and coordinate care with consulting specialists as needed
- Utilize value-based care principles to improve patient outcomes and maximize quality of care
- Maintain a patient schedule of approximately 18 patients per day, with dedicated administrative time included
- Collaborate with a dedicated care team, including a medical assistant, scheduler, and referral specialist
- Participate in clinic hours from Monday to Friday, with no nights or weekends required
- Engage in holistic and preventive health services such as acupuncture, tai chi, yoga, and nutrition counseling
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with organizational protocols
- Competitive base salary starting from $260,000, with additional incentive and signing bonuses available
- Potential for annual bonus, with increased earnings as a partner

- Completion of residency training in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
