Primary Care Physician (MD/DO, Internal Medicine/FM) - Summary
- Full-time physician-led opportunity focused on value-based primary care delivery
- Work with a team of APRNs, RNs, and quality improvement professionals
- Provide care in a supportive, patient-centered environment in Monroe, LA
Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive primary care services to a diverse adult and geriatric patient population
- Maintain a manageable patient schedule (10–16 patients per day) with 30–60 minute appointments
- Practice autonomously while collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team
- Participate in robust transitional care and high-risk outreach programs
- Utilize data-driven insights and quality metrics to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Engage in regular team meetings, quality reviews, and professional development activities
- Adhere to best practices in clinical documentation and compliance with regulatory standards

Qualifications & Requirements
- M.D. or D.O. degree required
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active, unrestricted Louisiana medical license
- Valid DEA and CDS licenses, or eligibility to obtain
- Preferred: 1+ years of clinical experience in adult, family, or geriatric care
- Preferred: Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
