Primary Care Physician (MD/DO, FM/IM) - Summary- Full-time physician role in a modern outpatient clinic

- Participate in a rotating call schedule based on the number of providers
- Ensure compliance with HEDIS measures and company values
- Perform in-office procedures such as suturing, joint injections, skin biopsies, and basic wound care

- MD or DO degree required
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (FM) or Internal Medicine (IM)
- Current, unrestricted, active medical license
- DEA registration
- Proficiency in office-based procedures (suturing, joint injections, skin biopsies, basic wound care)
- Fellowship in geriatrics is a plus but not required
