Primary Care Physician (MD/DO, FM/IM) - Oklahoma City, OK (Full-Time) About the Opportunity

As a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO, FM/IM), you will work in a modern, patient-centered outpatient clinic focused on delivering best-in-class care within a welcoming and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care to a panel of senior patients, managing chronic health conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, and hypertension.
- Deliver care in an outpatient setting, supporting continuity and quality through a value-based care model.
- Work closely with a dedicated care team, including a medical assistant, scheduler, referral specialist, and leadership support, to ensure the highest standards of patient care.
- Maintain an average daily patient load of 10-12, with a total panel size of up to 650 patients.
- Utilize core clinical skills, including office procedures such as suturing, joint injections, skin biopsies, and basic wound care.
- Participate in a rotating call schedule, determined by the number of providers in the Oklahoma City area market.
- Collaborate with team members to meet patient satisfaction goals, achieve HEDIS compliance, and support reduced hospital admissions and improved patient outcomes.
- Promote patient engagement by supporting wellness activities and community-building initiatives within the clinic.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree required.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (FM) or Internal Medicine (IM).
- Fellowship in Geriatrics is a plus, but not required.
- Current, unrestricted, and active license to practice medicine in Oklahoma.
- Current DEA registration.
- Proven proficiency in primary care office procedures.
