We are seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician (MD/DO, FM/IM) to join our innovative healthcare organization, committed to providing outstanding, patient-centered care in Winston-Salem, NC. Primary Care Physician (MD/DO, FM/IM) - Summary
- Deliver outpatient primary care services to an adult and senior patient population in a value-based care model.
- Work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary care team dedicated to holistic patient outcomes.
- Manage a panel of up to 650 patients, with a daily schedule averaging 10-12 patients to ensure quality interactions and comprehensive care.
- Serve as a trusted clinical leader upholding our mission of patient respect, compassion, and wellness-focused support.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide direct primary care to patients, focusing on seniors managing multiple chronic conditions.
- Participate in value-based care initiatives, including patient satisfaction, HEDIS compliance, and hospital admission reduction.
- Collaborate with a dedicated care team, including medical assistants, schedulers, referral specialists, and leadership support.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and adhere to quality and compliance standards.
- Perform office-based procedures such as suturing, joint injections, skin biopsies, and basic wound care as needed.
- Contribute to a positive clinic environment through active participation in company values and professional development.
- Engage in call rotation based on provider count, with a supportive call schedule to minimize disruption to work-life balance.
- Support patient transportation needs and participate in wellness-promoting activities offered to the patient population.
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive base salary with first-year earnings potential exceeding $310,000, including bonus opportunities based on performance metrics.

Qualifications & Requirements
- MD or DO degree required.
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Medicine (FM) or Internal Medicine (IM) is required.
- Fellowship training in Geriatrics is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Active, unrestricted medical license and DEA registration.
- Proficiency in common office procedures, including suturing, joint injections, skin biopsies, and basic wound care.
- Demonstrated commitment to quality and value-based healthcare delivery.
