Primary Care Physician (MD/DO, Family Medicine/Internal Medicine, PCP) - Summary- Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered primary care within a collaborative, team-based environment
- Work in a physician-led organization focused on quality outcomes and patient satisfaction

- Provide direct primary care services, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic health conditions
- Conduct comprehensive preventive health screenings and wellness checks
- Collaborate closely with APRNs, RNs, and a dedicated Quality Improvement team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in robust transitional care and high-risk patient outreach initiatives
- Utilize 30-60 minute appointment slots to deliver thorough, individualized care
- Engage in ongoing evaluation and improvement of clinical quality measures
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient medical records in compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements

- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree
- Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Active, unrestricted Louisiana medical license
- Valid DEA and CDS license, or eligibility to obtain
- Preferred: Minimum of 1 year clinical experience in adult, family, or geriatric care
- Preferred: Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
